Instant Pot Beef Fajita Recipe



    1. Place beef strips in the bottom of your electric pressure cooker and sprinkle with taco seasoning.
    2. Top with tomatoes, garlic, peppers, onion and lime juice.
    3. Lock lid into place and set valve to seal.
    4. Set on Manual on High Pressure for 8 minutes. (12 minutes if frozen)
    5. Use Quick Release after cooking and serve with a slotted spoon onto tortillas, topping with garnish of choice.


*If you cut your bell peppers too small, they may fall apart. Be sure to make large strips.

**Gluten-free: Use cauliflower tortillas or gluten-free tortillas.

**Lean & Green or Keto: Use a low-calorie cauliflower tortilla or omit it altogether and have with cauliflower rice.
