Why should you use the instant pot for beef fajitas?
My other favorite way to cook beef fajitas is in the crockpot or slow cooker, but it doesn't always work very well. The instant pot is perfect if your meat is still frozen or if you forgot to start your slow cooker in the morning. This recipes is so easy because you just chop and dump!

What's the best cut of beef to use?
We buy grass-fed beef from a local butcher here in Idaho and they actually give us packages of stew meat and fajita meat. I would check at your local butcher shop first to see if you can get something similar.
If you can't get some at a local butcher, get some grass-fed steak from your local market or an online market like Butcher Box or FarmFoods and cut it into thin strips.
But tortillas aren't healthy?!
