About 10 years ago I used a product from an MLM company that helped my shoulder pain and mysterious knee pain go away. Shortly after that, I ordered a kit of essential oils. I had no idea what to do with them! There were no instructions…I had 8 essential oils that were just sitting in a box, that I had no idea how to use. Thankfully the leader above me sent me a reference book and added me to a Facebook group, but that only helped when something was ailing us. Essential oils are good for cleaning, skincare, haircare, preventative health, and so much more…but I had no idea where to even start! I barely even knew enough to use them safely!
I slowly learned about essential oils through Pinterest and looking up certain things that I wanted to know, but it took me a long time to learn what I know now. I watched webinar after webinar and searched images and blog posts but I still didn't feel confident in using essential oils. There was no easy list, no quick advice, no guided help. I also didn't realize that essential oils are just one little part of the health & wellness puzzle. There's so much more out there like reducing toxins, eating healthy, restoring your gut, and so much more!
I want to make it easier for you. I know the struggle to find all of this information on your own, so I have made it my life's mission to educate people about their bodies and about natural remedies and how they can help.
My main focus is essential oils because that's what I started with and I truly believe that they can work wonders in helping our bodies heal. I have also become a certified essential oil coach so naturally, I know more about them than some other natural health products. But my journey has not stopped at essential oils and I hope yours doesn't either. I can't wait to share more with you about what I have learned over the years!
